Anti-Spam Policy

Digispot AI (https://digispot.ai) does not send unsolicited bulk email, and does not permit any affiliate, reseller, partner, or third party to advertise our websites, products, or services through unsolicited messages. This policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in all business correspondence, and how to reach us if you believe those standards have not been met.
1. Our Commitment
We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not buy, rent, sell, or trade contact lists. We do not use harvested address lists, and we do not send to addresses obtained from any third-party data broker.
All business correspondence is sent by Digispot AI directly. We operate no affiliate, reseller, or partner programme, and no third party is authorised to promote Digispot AI or any domain we operate, including https://digispot.ai Any such promotion is unauthorised and will be terminated as soon as we become aware of it.
2. Business Correspondence Standards
Where we contact a business directly, we hold every message to the following standards:
Relevance and sourcing
We contact business email addresses at organisations for whom our product is relevant, sourced from publicly available business listings and public company websites. We do not contact personal or consumer addresses.
Address verification
Every address is verified as deliverable before it enters any campaign. Addresses that cannot be positively verified, along with catch-all domains where deliverability cannot be established, are excluded from sending entirely rather than attempted.
Identification
Every message clearly identifies the sender by name, identifies Digispot AI as the sending organisation, and provides a working means of reply that reaches a monitored mailbox.
Opt-out
Every message contains clear opt-out instructions. Opt-out requests are honoured immediately and permanently, and the address is suppressed across all current and future campaigns. We never require a recipient to create an account, log in, or provide any information in order to opt out.
Volume and monitoring
We send at strictly limited daily volumes. Bounce rates and complaint signals are monitored continuously on a per-mailbox basis, and sending is paused automatically when defined thresholds are exceeded.
3. Authentication and Infrastructure
Our sending domains publish SPF and DMARC records, and our mail is sent through established, reputable infrastructure. We do not use open relays, and we do not obscure, forge, or misrepresent message headers, sender identity, or routing information at any point.
4. Our Domains
Our primary website, and the only public home of our product, is https://digispot.ai
We also operate digispotai-sales.com as a dedicated sending domain, used solely for our own outbound business correspondence. It hosts no product, no advertising, and no third-party content, and exists only so that our sales correspondence is separated from our primary domain. Mail from this domain is sent by Digispot AI directly, is authenticated with SPF and DMARC, and is covered by this policy in full.
We publish this so that any recipient, mailbox provider, or reputation service can verify the relationship between our sending domain and our business. If you receive mail from digispotai-sales.com and wish to verify it, or to report it, contact info@digispot.ai.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited without exception, for our own team and for anyone acting on our behalf:
Sending to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested address lists. Forging or obscuring header or sender information. Using open relays or proxies to disguise the origin of a message. Failing to honour an opt-out request. Advertising any Digispot AI property through unsolicited messages sent by a third party.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received a message that does not meet the standards set out in this policy, or that any Digispot AI domain is being advertised through unsolicited messages, please report it to info@digispot.ai.
We investigate every report we receive and respond within one business day. Where a report is substantiated, we suppress the address immediately, identify the cause, and take corrective action. We welcome these reports: they are the most direct way we learn about problems in our process.
7. Enforcement
Breaches of this policy by any employee, contractor, or party acting on behalf of Digispot AI result in immediate suspension of sending access pending investigation. We treat list hygiene and recipient consent as operational requirements, not aspirations, and we hold our own outbound correspondence to the same standard we ask of others.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Questions about this policy may be directed to info@digispot.ai.
