This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Pravar Pro, a sole proprietorship registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, operating under the brand name Digispot AI ("we," "us," or "our"), handles subscription cancellations and refunds for our SEO platform and related services (the "Service"). It is designed to be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything in this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control for subscription, billing, and refund matters.
1. Subscription Plans & Billing
Digispot AI offers subscription-based access to the Service. Plans may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, as offered at checkout. All fees are quoted and charged in the currency shown at purchase and are generally billed in advance.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, at the then-current rate.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. The seller of record for your order, applicable taxes, and fulfilment may be a third-party Merchant of Record acting on our behalf, as described in our Terms of Service (Subscription, Billing & Payments).
Monthly usage limits: Each paid plan has documented monthly usage limits — for example, the number of site audits, page audits, AI actions, keyword tracking entries, backlink analyses, or other metered units defined for your plan. These limits are listed at checkout and in your account dashboard.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency in which the original charge was made. We are not responsible for currency-conversion differences applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider between the original charge and the refund.
2. Free Plan
We offer a free plan so you can explore core features before upgrading. No payment is required for the free plan. You may move to a paid plan at any time to unlock higher limits and additional features.
3. Cancellation & Pricing / Allocation Changes
Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@digispot.ai.
When you cancel: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the current month for monthly plans, or the end of the prepaid annual term for annual plans). You keep access to paid features until that period ends. No new charges will be made after cancellation for future periods.
Locked cash price for prepaid terms: The amount you have already paid is honoured for the full term you paid for. We will not charge you a top-up or invoice you again mid-term to cover a price increase. New cash prices apply only at renewal.
Cash price changes (monthly plans): New rates take effect at the next monthly billing cycle, with at least 30 days' prior written notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that cycle with no penalty.
Cash price changes (annual plans): New rates apply only at the next annual renewal, with at least 30 days' prior written notice before that renewal date. The rate you originally paid stays in force until the end of your current annual term.
Included credit / usage allocations: Each plan includes a defined allocation of usage units (such as site audits, page audits, AI actions, keyword tracking entries, backlink analyses, or other metered limits). Because our underlying costs depend on third parties (large language model providers, cloud infrastructure, search and analytics APIs), we may need to adjust the allocations included in a plan to keep the Service viable. We may change included allocations on at least 30 days' prior written notice to all affected subscribers.
Material reduction & opt-out (annual subscribers): If a change reduces any included usage allocation by 15% or more for your active annual plan, that is treated as a 'material reduction.' If a material reduction is announced and would take effect during your prepaid annual term, you may, before the effective date, cancel your annual subscription and receive a pro-rated cash refund of the unused portion of your annual prepayment, calculated on a daily basis from the effective date of the change to the original end of your annual term. Smaller adjustments (under 15%) are routine rebalancing and do not trigger this opt-out, although you may still cancel your renewal at any time.
Increases in allocations: If we increase the allocations included in a plan (giving you more credits, more audits, etc.), we apply the increase to active subscribers where feasible without requiring any action from you.
Mid-annual plan upgrades: If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during an active annual term, you pay a prorated charge for the remaining days of your annual term at the upgraded plan's then-current rate. Your annual term-end date is preserved (the term does not reset). The upgraded entitlements take effect immediately.
Mid-annual plan downgrades: Downgrades to a lower-tier plan take effect at the next annual renewal, not mid-term. We do not provide a partial refund of the price difference for the remaining annual term.
Add-on credit packs: One-time add-on purchases (such as additional AI credits or extra audits) are charged at the rate shown at purchase. Past add-on purchases are not affected by future price or allocation changes. Future add-on purchases are at the then-current rate.
Data after cancellation: How we retain and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (including export and deletion timelines after termination). You may request an export of your data as outlined there.
4. Refunds — 14-Day Window with Usage Cap
Our refund rules match the Subscription, Billing & Payments section of our Terms of Service. In summary:
14-day window (initial subscription): If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription and you have used less than 10% of your plan's monthly usage limits (such as site audits, page audits, AI actions, backlink analyses, or other metered limits defined for your plan), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
If you cancel within the first 14 days but have used 10% or more of your plan's monthly usage limits, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused days remaining in your current billing period.
After 14 days from your initial purchase, no refunds are issued. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and renewal can be cancelled at any time.
Annual subscriptions: For annual plans, the same 14-day window applies from the date of initial purchase. Usage limits are measured against the FIRST MONTH'S allocation of your plan, not against the full annual allocation. After the 14-day window, we do not provide a monetary refund for annual plans; you retain access to the Service until the end of your paid annual period, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Renewal charges: Refunds apply only to the initial subscription purchase. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day window. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, unless the payment provider requires otherwise. Bank or card-issuer settlement may take additional time.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law:
• One-time purchases of AI credit packs, add-on quotas, or other consumable units, once any portion has been consumed.
• Usage already metered against your plan during the period being refunded (used quota is treated as consumed).
• Taxes (including GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar) collected by our payment processor or Merchant of Record where local tax law does not require refund of those taxes when a service has been delivered.
• Currency-conversion differences and foreign-exchange fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
• Third-party fees (for example, payment-method surcharges) imposed by your bank or card issuer that we do not collect.
• Subscription periods or features used beyond what was disclosed at purchase due to changes you requested mid-cycle (for example, plan upgrades that you continued to use).
6. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights
Some jurisdictions grant mandatory refund or cooling-off rights that exceed the rules above. Where this is the case, your statutory rights apply and take precedence over this policy. The highest level of protection always wins.
Examples (non-exhaustive):
• European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel: 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for consumer transactions.
• South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China: 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for consumer transactions.
• Singapore: 5-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for consumer transactions.
These statutory windows apply to consumers (not businesses). Where you have the right to a statutory refund, contact us as described in Section 15 citing your country of residence and we will honour the applicable rules.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any non-waivable consumer right under the law applicable to you.
7. Refund Abuse & Repeat Refunds
We reserve the right to decline a refund request, or to limit access to refund eligibility, where we identify a pattern that suggests bad faith. This includes (without limitation):
• A person, organization, or payment method that has previously received a refund of a Digispot AI subscription and re-subscribed with the apparent intent of refunding again.
• Evidence of automated abuse, rapid bulk extraction of audits or AI outputs, or other usage patterns inconsistent with normal evaluation.
• Misrepresentation in the refund request (for example, claiming the Service was not used when usage logs show otherwise).
• Multiple accounts created by the same person or organization to circumvent usage caps and obtain repeated refunds.
We apply this section in good faith and only where the evidence is clear. It does not override your statutory cooling-off rights described in Section 6.
8. How to Request a Refund or Billing Help
Email info@digispot.ai with:
• Your registered email address and account identifier if we provide one
• Your plan name and billing date
• A short description of your request (refund, failed charge, or other billing issue)
We will review your request in line with this policy and the Terms of Service. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Before initiating a chargeback: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be contested by us with evidence of service usage, and accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
9. Plan Downgrades
Downgrades to a lower tier typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then. We do not provide partial refunds solely because of a downgrade; any proration or credit follows the rules in your account checkout and the Terms of Service.
10. Plan Upgrades
Upgrades to a higher tier may take effect immediately. You may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period at the upgraded plan's then-current rate. Upgraded features and allocations are available according to what is shown at purchase.
For annual plans specifically: a mid-annual upgrade is prorated against the remaining days of your annual term at the new tier's current rate, and your annual term-end date is preserved (the term does not reset). See Section 3 for full detail.
11. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you by email. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of access until payment succeeds, as described in our Terms of Service (including rules for overdue balances).
12. Suspension & Termination
If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service (including acceptable use or payment terms), refunds are handled as stated in the Terms of Service. In serious cases, access may end immediately and refunds may not be owed.
13. Complaints & Escalation
We aim to resolve every billing or refund concern fairly and quickly.
Response targets:
• Acknowledgement of your request: within 2 business days.
• Initial substantive response: within 5 business days.
• Resolution target: within 10 business days, unless your case requires investigation with a third-party payment provider, in which case we will keep you updated.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate as follows:
• Indian consumers: National Consumer Helpline at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1915.
• European Union consumers: the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• United Kingdom consumers: applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme; further detail provided on request.
• Other jurisdictions: contact the consumer protection authority in your country of residence.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim before a competent court or arbitral tribunal as set out in our Terms of Service (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution).
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that affect how we handle billing or refunds, we will also provide notice consistent with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (for example, by email or in-app). We encourage you to review this page periodically.
